honduras la tigra certified organic, fair trade and rainforest alliance

founded in 1998, la central de co-operatives cafetaleras de honduras (la central) is an organization compromising of over 10,000 farmers and 80 co-operatives throughout honduras.

in addition to its role as an export company, la central remains dedicated to rural development. member co-operatives located in 12 mountainous states of honduras benefit from the resources and services provided by la central.

la central’s production currently represents 2% of the total coffee exports for honduras. la central seeks to produce high quality coffee whilst simultaneously improving the quality of life of its members.

latte - espresso shot mixed with hot milk and a small amount of foam served with the signature leaf finish

mochaccino - coffee combined with chocolate topped with steamed milk

frappuchino - not in this coffee shop!!!!

flat white - hot steamed milk added to espresso coffee. no foam

not in the mood for coffee we also serve a selection of twinings organic teas

all our teas and coffees are organic and so is the milk. Soya is available on request
