our coffee is provided by cornwall based company origin. the blend we use is origin organic fairtrade and is made up of the following coffees:


shoye co-operative | ethiopia 
shoye is a tiny grower cooperative in south sidamo; more specifically they are located in and around the city of yirgalem. many of the smallholders involved produce this coffee in their gardens and by cooperating in their small group they are able to produce a distinctive coffee that boasts a deeply aromatic cup.   the coffee is a mix of several local varieties and after washing it is dried on traditional, raised, woven african beds.


cecocafen | nicaragua

cecocafen is a fairtrade cooperative that has been helping thousands of small family growers across the highlands of the oldest coffee growing region of nicaragua, achieve higher prices for their coffee.


cocaol | honduras

cocaol is located in the santa maria de real region of central honduras, near the white mountain and old-growth forests, with an elevation of 9-1400m.  honduras is considered a biodiversity hotspot due to its numerous varieties of plant and animal life, and the cooperative plays an important part to ensure its members are careful to protect the habitat of these to ensure a sustainable future.
