a 50% deposit is required to guarantee your place. this can either be done in person by popping into the bowery, over the phone by debit/credit card or by posting a cheque. cheques are payable to bowery visual arts ltd, 54 otley road, leeds, ls6 2al full payment is required 2 weeks before the course is due to commence.

what’s included?

all equipment provided plus some materials, silver will incur an extra cost. approx £3-5 for a ring

the detail

this is a practical jewellery-making course for both new and experienced students. new students will be introduced to the core metalwork techniques through a ring-making project and will continue to consolidate these techniques in various projects throughout the course. more experienced students will have the opportunity to develop their existing skills in more technical projects such as stone setting. this is a practical course where students are encouraged to design their own work and keep a technical sketchbook. throughout the course students will have one to one tutor support and make individually designed pieces of silver jewellery
