a 50% deposit is required to guarantee your place. this can either be done in person by popping into the bowery, over the phone by debit/credit card or by posting a cheque. cheques are payable to bowery visual arts ltd, 54 otley road, leeds, ls6 2al full payment is required 2 weeks before the course is due to commence.

what’s included?

a series of handouts will be given to take away for future reference

each student is encouraged to bring a digital slr camera with them to each session, however cameras can be provided on request for an additional fee.
computers with photoshop software will be provided during the workshop free of charge.

the detail

providing a basic overview of how a camera works, the focus will be on landscape, portraiture & movement. within each section the course will cover shutter speed, aperture settings, composition, and basic lighting techniques.

students will also learn to edit their photographs using photoshop and each student will come away with final prints of their favourite images.
